During the program, we will cover the following topics:

• Mysticism: Dive into mystical thought and its influence on medieval spirituality.
• The Problem of Universals: Analyze one of the most fundamental debates in medieval philosophy.
• Monastic Theology as Eructatio: Study monastic theology and its particular focus on spirituality and divine knowledge.
• Anselm of Aosta: Learn about the life, works, and contributions of one of the great medieval theologians and philosophers.
• Reale and Antiseri: Scholasticism of the 12th and 13th Centuries: Examine the development and evolution of scholasticism during these key centuries.
